Mr. Hochman leads the Company’s global legal, compliance, ethics, and corporate secretary functions. Mr. Hochman previously served in senior legal roles with Pitney Bowes Inc. and international law firms based in New York. 

Mr. Hochman holds a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and a B.A. from Cornell University.
