Tom Vadaketh is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enviri Corporation. As CFO, Tom has overall responsibility for accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations, and audit.

With a career spanning over three decades in the financial realm, he arrived at Enviri, in October 2023, with a wealth of experience, most recently as CFO of Bausch Health. Tom's professional journey commenced at Deloitte & Touche, and he subsequently assumed various senior financial positions across multiple countries during his tenure at Procter & Gamble and Tyco International. He has also been CFO of various public and privately held businesses.

Tom is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Certified Public Accountant in the United States. He received an MBA from the University of Manchester (UK).
